Fees / Pricing

Full Time – Monday through Friday 7 am – 5:30 pm
• $245 Weekly (6 weeks to 24 months)
• $230 Weekly (2-3 years)
• $215 Weekly (3-5 years)

Weekly Payments

Due to the limited spaces available, weekly payments are based on using or holding your spot, not on the child's attendance. No refunds are given for late arrivals/early departures, parental vacations or exclusion due to illness. No refunds are given due to unexpected closures for up to three (3) days.

Overtime Fees

Overtime Fees, for any time that is not prearranged, will be $20.00 for every 5 minute increment. After 3 late pick-ups, child will be terminated from care. Weekly fees are due in advance on Friday by 5:30pm, no later than Monday pickup.

Registration Fee

Registration Fee: There is a nonrefundable registration fee of $100 at the time ofenrollment.

How To Pay

Payments are available to be made on online. Payments can be made through Brightwheel, so if there is a holiday and daycare is closed on Friday, payment can still be made online by Friday.

Late Payment

Late Payment Fee: $10.00 per day that payment is not received. If fee isn't paid by Monday morning of the next week, your child will not be cared for until the outstanding balance is paid. Continued late payments will result in termination of our contract.

Deposit/Holding Fee

Deposit/Holding Fee: If you are needing a spot for your child but at a later date than what is available, there is a non-refundable deposit of $200 to hold the spot if it’s within 2 weeks. If it is longer than two weeks, it is $200 plus half price tuition every week until your child is enrolled.
